About Us:
Queens 2 Bee Leadership Academy, a 501 c(3) organization, is a youth leadership development program for girls ages 8-18 under the direction of Kimberly D. Hart.
Queens 2 Bee is on a mission to create Community Queens across the nation—women and girls who know their true identity and understand their Kingdom assignment. As a Community Queen, she confidently walks in her purpose, unleashes her power, and prospers in everything she undertakes.
We achieve this mission by engaging extraordinary professional women, educators, entrepreneurs, community leaders, corporations, and industry experts to share their resources and expertise with our participants. Through these collaborations, we empower our Queens to fulfill their divine potential and make a significant impact in their communities and beyond.
Our Young Ladies are:
- EDUCATED on their Kingdom identity: Instilling a strong sense of self-worth and purpose.
- EMPOWERED to confidently demonstrate their unique brilliance: Building confidence and leadership skills for personal and professional success.
- EXPOSED to opportunities that increase their vision and capacity to contribute as leading ladies in their communities and abroad: Providing experiences that broaden horizons and inspire community involvement and global impact.
- ENGAGED with mentors who will share lessons learned and provide direct spiritual, emotional, and mental support: Partnering with experienced guides to foster holistic development and resilience.
As a result, young ladies embark on a transformative journey that equips them to lead with confidence and integrity, making a lasting impact on their communities and beyond.

Girls age 8-18, participants with parents, guardians, or sponsors who demonstrate a genuine commitment to the success of the participant and the program.
OVERVIEW:
This transformative program is dedicated to helping participants understand their:
- Awareness – Leverage the power of their past and present circumstances to establish a “Significant You.”
- Access – Overcome negative thoughts, limited beliefs, and peer pressure
- Assignment – Understand their God-given purpose gifts and talents
- Authority – Understand how to steward and dominate their divine territory
