The Enneagram presents nine fundamental sets of characteristics. We each have a dominant number (or type). It is the way we have learned to navigate the world and have our needs met. We’ve each developed strategies to deal with life. At some point, however, these strategies stop working for us.
As a guide, I will help you discover your Enneagram type, accelerate your progress and help you move forward with freedom, peace and discernment.
Coaching provides support and guidance on your personal growth journey. Using specific aspects of the Enneagram, we will discuss content to spark dialogue and accelerate transformation. The first step is a guided conversation with the goal of helping you determine your Enneagram type. Then we engage in weekly or bi-weekly conversations. Each session is 50 minutes and focuses on a different element of the Enneagram. In between sessions, questions, feedback and reflection is encouraged.

The Enneagram is a great topic to deepen connection and spark more meaningful dialogue in a group. Gather neighborhood friends, your church small group, or other couples for a chance to reflect, reset and have some fun! The basics of the Enneagram are presented – an overview of the nine Types emphasizing core motivations, strengths and areas for growth. Even if people aren’t new to the Enneagram, the presentation is engaging and discussion is always lively.

The Enneagram helps you realize your deepest core motivations. I walk you through bite-size Enneagram lessons specific to your type to facilitate honest conversations and bring about a new level of authenticity with yourself.
Coaching is future-oriented. We discuss your personality hardwiring, explore why you think, feel and behave in particular ways. The goal is to become the healthiest version of yourself moving forward. Therapy often looks at the past and brings techniques to assist in healing past wounds and trauma.
Becoming more self-aware will help you steer clear of common pitfalls and instead use new tools and understanding to course correct your inner world onto your healthiest path. This awareness and knowledge will greatly benefit your life and relationships with others.
