Meditation can be life-changing. It’s the key to spiritual, and sometimes, even emotional or physical transformation. Meditation can lead to better health and wellbeing. I truly can’t say enough about the benefits of meditation.

Ever look back at your day and wonder why you weren’t nicer to everyone in your path? You’re not alone. We all struggle at times to keep an upbeat, pleasant mood. Some times we just need to stop, breathe, and a gentle reminder of why it’s important to do the nice thing.
It might sound crazy, but meditating has become my most favorite thing to do! Becoming completely silent, slowing down the pace of my mind and my day, being alone and listening. It’s the most perfect way to start my day.
Am I distracting myself from something I don’t want to do? Am I buying time because it doesn’t feel right?
The worldwide pandemic has been a time of highs and lows, ups and downs. And if we are really honest, perhaps the lows feel a lot lower and more frequent than the highs we’ve experienced.
